Myers Flooring E-commerce Return Policy

At Myers Flooring, we are dedicated to ensuring the quality of the products we provide. If you encounter an issue with your order, we’ll work diligently to make it right. We ask that you inspect all delivered items while the delivery driver is still present. If you notice any visible damage to the shipment, please refuse the delivery.

In the event that damage is discovered after the delivery has been completed, or if a manufacturing defect becomes apparent, please take photos and reach out to us immediately. We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Since many of our products are custom-made or shipped directly from suppliers, there are certain conditions and restrictions on returns.

We encourage you to make informed decisions by utilizing our resources before placing an order. We offer swatches and expert advice to help you select the perfect flooring for your needs.

Broadloom Carpet

Returns for broadloom wall-to-wall carpet are generally not accepted. However, exceptions may be made for full, uncut, and unpacked rolls at a 20% restocking fee. For approval, please contact our Customer Service team to request a Return Authorization (RA).

Custom Area Rugs

Due to the personalized nature of custom area rugs, returns and refunds are not available. If there is a problem with the rug, such as damage during shipping or an issue covered by a mill warranty, we will work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

For any approved returns, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange return shipping. Any shipping fees, along with any potential damage incurred during the return shipment, are the customer’s responsibility. Once we receive the item in its original, unused condition, we will process a refund for the item’s purchase price, including applicable taxes. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply in certain cases.
